ICTA Shipping Policies ~

• ICTA Ships 2 times per week - usually on Tuesdays and Saturdays, unless other arrangements have been made.
  
  
• For Domestic Shipments - we ship USPS Parcel Post unless otherwise directed. If you want to receive your equipment faster than the Parcels Posts' delivery window of 3 - 9 days (keep in mind we are located in Washington State), then you must contact us beforehand to make those arrangements. We will ship USPS Express and Priority, or alternatively we can ship via FedEx.
  
  
• For International Shipments - you must contact us before you place your order with your full shipping address so you can be provided accurate shipping costs. We will ship USPS Express Mail International, Priority Mail International or First-Class Mail International. Large shipments (over 20 pounds) can also ship via DHL.

  NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Your payment must include your shipping costs as we do not ship for free (yes - it's true). And, we do not make refunds based on a buyer then deciding they don't want to pay International Shipping Rates, after they have placed the order (which can sometime be high). Please take the time to find out your shipping costs in advance to placing your order.
